    Last night I answered my phone when it was locked and now I can't get into it. My password is not working.... anyone help me. I have been told to reset my phone but I don't want to loose everything

    Have you tried requesting another password via Gmail? Or Samsung customer services? I have heard this is a common problem so you should find help quite easily.
