For anyone who is still having trouble, because nothing on this thread worked for me, here's what I tried and it worked immediately:
-If you're using an external memory card (microSD), leave it in the phone and connect the phone to the computer using a USB cable.
-If the phone connects to Rhapsody, etc. disconnect it using the end or clear button
-Go to the tools menu and choose USB Mass Storage
-Now, when your phone appears in My Computer, it will have different folders, such as my music, my_pix, my_flix, etc.
-Just drag and drop your media into its respective folder (provided it's in the right format)
-Once the transfers are all complete, choose exit and disconnect your phone
-Good to go!
