just got the Voyager.


i just got the voyager. but im looking at it. and the send butten isnt lit that bright? or is mine kinda broken? the clr and end butten is working fine and bright but not the send

it's deffently your voyager.
the send button should light up just as brughtly as the clr and end keys.

take it into a verizon store, and they should replace it for you.
if you don't have a verizon store near by, call customer service (from your voyager call *611, or from any other phone call 1-800-922-0204). . .they should be willing to ship out a new phone for you.
it's nice if you do it by mail, because they pay for the shipping of the new phone, and they send a pre-paid shipping label for the messed up phone that you have to send back.

hope verizon resolves this without a fuss for you.

Another reason to do this by phone, is no stores have a Voyager in stock. By doing it over the phone, they will send you a replacement phone, and you can continue to use your's till the new one arrives.
