I am interested to see if the the new S/W version will include the new FOTA feature that some of Verizon's newer handsets like the enV2, and the Dare. | What's the "Voyager Refresh"? Is that another Firmware update? When is that do out? With Sprint they might offer 1 Firmware update and that was it; But Verizon really seems to push for these updates. Is Verizon like this with all of their phones, or just with the more advanced phones?

Unlike some of the other wireless carriers, they will even update the software for their customers. | its already out..
also v09 has been out forawhile.

I just got back from the Verizon store. The ONLY differences that the rep explained to me between the black and the titanium voyagers are
-Obviously the external color and keyboard color
-v09 Equipped, however they will put v09 on your voyager if you bring it in (as most of you already know)
-Comes with Visual Voice Mail and some rhapsody thing
-Also has a drawing pad app of some sort like the Dare?
They are essentially the same phone with a different color choice given you have v09 like I do on your voyager.

Here I am using a Titanium now. I actually like the color of the keyboard more. The phone is less finger printy which is a plus. However, I miss the sleek look of the black phone.
Oh well. I'm very pleased | Well, I hope LG doesn't turn in the company that makes the T-Mo Sideckick; Danger inc. Where they keep releasing so-called updated Sidekicks; when in reality the Updates are just stupid color changes. I love the Voyager and I would like for there to be "True" Updates to the device. But many companies don't bother with any True updates and they focus instead on milking what they can out of the same device. That is Why there is like 12 different colors to the Motorola RAZR, instead of Moto fixing the bugs that plagued the device in the first place. And just like why Palm has lost market share by not overhauling their Treo's. I know it is cheaper to just keep changing the colors, but that just causes loyal customers to stray. I don't think LG will do that, but I hope there is a future to the Voyager. Not just misleading names like the Voyager Gold, Voyager Blue, Voyager Green, ect; which makes people think the phone is new and improved, even when it is the same. The VX9800's Chassis is a solid one. That is why I love the Voyager so much, because they just improved on a design that was already great.
