Phone number stored in phone

Stored in my Voyager Titanium is a phone number that I am puzzled as to why it is there.

Under Digital MIN and Analog MIN is the number 810-444-5413

This number belongs to:

G&L companies Inc.

I received the phone directly from Verizon when I purchased it. Is it possible it was a refurbished unit?

Using the QWERTY keyboard:

Under Settings and Tools - Phone info - My number - Mobil Identification number, there is a number for a business in Walled Lake Michigan.

Why is that number there? How do I change, or get rid of it?

uhh - it sound like your phone was a refurb or they put in the number incorrectly

I'm wondering if it was a refurb, sold as new, myself.
The number in it is too far off, to be a mistake.

I checked my Voyager and both my "Mobile Device #" and my "Mobile Identification #" are set to my phone's actual number. I would contact Verizon about that one.
