Hi Kamie011,
You'll need to talk to Verizon about it. If you can convince them that your second
LG Voyager has had problems since you got it, then they may be willing to replace it at no charge. However, they usually won't let you switch to another model (like the Versa) unless you pay for the new phone. This can still be a savings because you wouldn't have to pay the usual penalty for changing your phone before your contract is up. But again, you'll have to talk to Verizon (or whoever your service provider is).
Whenever you get a new or replacement phone, it is very important to test it thoroughly. If you wait for several months and then go to Verizon, they may not believe the phone has always been that way.
