Hi LeeLee519,
My wife and I both have
LG Voyager Titaniums which we've used heavily since the beginning of the year and we have not had any of the problems that you've described. You definitely need to talk to Verizon about it. If necessary, call their tech support number. I've called them a number of times and they've always been helpful.
Regarding the symptons you've described, I can think of four possible causes:
1 - The battery is defective. Batteries have been known to cause weird problems when they're defective.
2 - The phone, itself, is defective or damaged.
3 - The phone has been hacked and its operating system and/or applications were corrupted.
4 - The main memory of the phone is too full. If you have loaded lots of music, taken lots of photos and videos and stored them in the main memory of your LG Voyager, then you may not have enough left for the operating system and its applications to run.
Here's a tip: My wife and I have 4 GB microSD cards installed in our Voyagers and we save all music, photos, videos and sound recordings to these external memory cards. That way we leave as much internal memory as possible for the Voyager's
BREW operating system and applications.
Here's another tip: Always clear your Voyager's Browser memory before visiting a website that requires lots of Browser memory (like YouTube). You clear the Browser memory (its cache and other temporary files) using the Options menu of the Browser. Attempting to visit a website that requires a lot of Browser memory when the available Browser memory is low because the Browser's cache is full, will cause your phone to restart. This isn't a defect in the phone, itself---rather, it's poor programming by the Browser programmers.
Again, you probably need to talk to Verizon. They'll tell you what your options are. If you're not satisfied, then patiently ask to speak to a supervisor.
