The screen on my LG Voyager vx10000s is no longer working. I see faint light coming from the screen but there are no images, nothing displays. I was able to backup the photos and videos because they were on the microSD card. What's the best way to backup my contacts?
I have tried getting DataPilot to sync with the phone, but that won't happen until Windows can see the phone ... I guess the phone has to be enabled for USB Auto-Detection. I was trying to setup USB Auto-Detection by simply pressing on the keys per the user manual, but that isn't working because I'm not sure which options I'm selecting -- nothing displays on the screen. Do you have any suggestions?
Can someone write out the exact steps to navigate the menus for me to set the phone up to backup my contacts? (For example, "Ok" button > press down arrow once, press "9" key, press down arrow three time, etc.)
Note: The screen went out soon after the top hinge broke
