    my lg vx6000 took a dip with me in the bay 2 weekends ago. Now the phone only will power up when I have it on the charger. Also the phone will not charge. Does anyone now what could be causing this and how i could fix it?

    i have no clue.. just take it in to your provider and get a new one.. dont tell them u f'ed it up.. just say its not working and im sure they'll give u a brand new one.

    water-damaged

    my cel fel into the pool and had the same problem, i took it to verizon n they said that the battery was water-damaged, and since the cel woodnt work, they coodnt prove that the cel gt wet, so, they made me buy a new battery($40) and they gav me a new cel
