Cell Phone speaker

I just bought LG C-1300 from Cingular Wireless. I am hearing impaired so I am trying to find a speaker that is compatible with this phone. The salesman at Cingular was no help.

If Lg C-1300 is not the right cell phone. Is there any other cell phone that has a compatible speaker.

are you talking about a speaker for the ringer or a speaker for the earpiece so you can hear the phone call?

I am talking about the speaker where I can hear the phone call.
