    I have been F-in' with this file trying to convert mp3 to mid, so i can load it on my phone, I tried cdex and it says it's converted, but when I go to upload it, BitPim won't recognize it. In the properties, it still says it's a wav file, even though I converted it!
    What gives??? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    cut the mp3...then play it in windows media player. go to file>save media as.. then save it as whatever.mid. thats all you gotta do then bitpim will recognize it. it wouldnt even play if you did convert it becuase the vx6000 doesnt play wavs.
