    ???

I am having that same problem. Tried to delete, but my left soft key says "play" not "delete". What are the steps to deleting this?

    I have a VX7000 as well.

your middle OK button is play. the button above CLR is your left soft key. goto your tunes & tones folder and click to the ringer you want to delete and hit the button

    Not on mine...

The okay button sets the ringer on mine. The left soft key (the one above the clear button, as you said), plays and stops the recording. Is there some way to change these keys?

hit the getitnow button (to the right of the OK button), select "Get Tunes and Tones" and when you scroll up down, there is the erase option when you left soft click
