| | Newbie | Alright, I was just using my phone yesterday and just all of a sudden the screen became white washed and filled with little white lines and you can still see the screen but, its hard to make out. so my first thought was the ribbon cable, but im not sure, I took the phone apart and wiggled the ribbon cable around and no change in the screen. so could it be the LCD or the phone itself? its never been dropped or submerged in any liquid nor smashed at any point. any ideas???

| | Newbie | I tested the battery and it measured at 3.83 Volts. However I dont know if that would be enough to mess up anything, I mean if the phone is toast I guess its toast. Im really looking into buying a Motorola V710 and they look like they have a really nice hands free blue tooth system for it. but for the time being if I can get this fixed for the time being.
