Just wondering if anyone knew how to get recorded ringtones off of a VX7000? I had recorded some and dont want them on there anymore.

Go into your ringtones section, select the ringtone, it should have an erase option for the left soft key.

It only has a play/stop option for the left key and no option for the right key. any other suggestions?

Some of the ringtones (that came with the phone) can't be deleted.
If you go to...
Menu --> Get It Now--> Tunes and Tones --->
You'll see the list of ringtones/voice memos etc.
Scroll throught the list. If a file can be deleted, you will see "Erase" as the left softkey and "Options" as the right softkey.
