When you say restricted, what exactly is restricted on the phone?

Well I'm not sure but I think it's the phone because I had a Nokia 6010 and I entered a code and unlocked it but then again it could be my SIM I put the T-Mobile SIM in my Cingular phone and it asks for a restriction code I tried all the codes I know like 0000,00000,00000000,1234,12345,123456,4321,54321 so I have NOOO clue all I know is its numbers no symbols and also when I have my regular Cingular SIM in the phone I can enter 2945#*70001 and it says done then I go into menu>settings>security>SIM locks then it says activate, deactivate, & something else but then when I enter that code with the foreign SIM it says done and then asks for a PIN instead of a restriction code and I have NO idea what the code could be and I really need it. Thanks for any help.

I don't have that phone anymore but when I did have it I just gave up anyway because the C1300 I originally had I recieved in a trade but that one broke and I got a new one from Cingular and having high hopes that heres a brand new phone maybe now I can unlock it, WRONG, same thing happened. Like I said I just gave up but I do think you have to get a cable and unlock it that way because I'm pretty sure you can't just input a code.
