My Dad can't seem to get his voicemail off of his phone. When he goes to get a voicemail he gets the same message that someone who calls his number gets before they leave a message - "Please leave a message after the tone". Is there some way you have to set this phone up to get voicemail essages? Booklet says to press 'left' button + 3 + 1. I'm thinking something is not set up on his network correctly.
