help! i corrupted my lg8000

i did what everyone said to do. got me a data cable, loaded up bitpim and went to work on loading up some ringtones. first load went flawlessly.
second time i did it when i went to check if it was there in my ringtones my phone rebooted. now every time i go to ringtones and try to pull down the list my phone reboots. please help i think i corrupted the phone

bring it to verizon

if they cant fix it they will give u a refurb .. i dont think its been out over a year
