The manual says:Talk Time: 3.33hrs/Standby Time: 110hrs; however my new vx8000 can only standby for one day and half without any using. Then I called the customer service, they said it was normal, the phone should be charged every day.
Does any one have the same problem?

Sometimes handsets come with defective batteries, if your standby time seems to decrease take your phone to Verizon and have them replaced your battery.

I have been able to get an average of 2.5 hours of talk time to 3 hours tops.
