Snowboardpunk, you are actually wrong. No USA CDMA providers use any kind of card, but overseas CDMA carriers use RUIM cards, which are just like SIMs. I prefer Sim cards, as its much easier than having to get an ESN onto their system

You are speaking of Verizon's Global Phone service. There are at least 2 phones that fit the bill (plus a PDA Smartphone), but they are generally not available in stores. You will have to go online to get one. They are also very expensive.
