VX7000 Trouble

Hey, everyone. I'm in need of some help, if you don't mind. Just a few days ago, I started having serious trouble with my VX7000.

I don't remember specifically doing anything to initiate this trouble. Nevertheless, my front LCD is a backlit black screen. Nothing I do puts anything on the screen...it just stays black, but lit. Furthermore, I believe this behaviour is draining my battery, because my battery life is horrible now. With no use, the battery doesn't last 24 hours.

Anyone have any ideas on the problem or what I should do? Thank you for your time...and in advance for your help.

Aah just take it into a store and have them take a look at it The phone should still be under warrenty

I would take it back in...but I bought it directly from Verizon. Should I contact them?

you have to go to a verizon wireless store with a tech or call vzw they can usually mail you a phone via fedex 2 day and give you a sticker to mail the broken phone back just call *611 and see if they can do that for you
