Blocking
I don't know about Cingular, but I know on Verizon that you can not block calls (I called Verizon and they told me this). The only thing I found was simply adding them as a contact and giving them "No Ring" as thier ringtone. I only knew they called because it said I had a missed call. Doesn't help if the person is leaving annoying voicemail, but at least you won't be bothered with the phone ringing.

Re: Blocking calls
Hello i was looking into how to get the calls that aren't on my mothers contact list blocked as well . I can't for the life of me find how to do this on her phone, but , with my Kyocera Strobe i can stop my phone from ringing if it is a number not on my list . All it does it pop up and say "1 missed call from unknown". I also tested with my brother trying to call me without his number on my contact list, it told him the call could not be completed, so he couldn't even leave an annoying message. If anyone knows how to get this done on a T-Mobile Razor please let me know, thanks.

Re: Blocking calls
Call blocking would not be a function of the individual phone, but of your account or service. You service provider would have to do it, you will need to call customer service.

Re: Blocking calls
Since you can’t block a specific caller as far as I know is their any way to forward calls from a particular number. I would like to forward them back to the sender.
