Hello:

I received an LG VX4500 cell phone and I want to use it in my country
with the local cell phone company but the cell phone it's blocked (???)
and the LCD say "Initial programming needed".
They told me, at my local cell phone company, they need the code to
unblock the phone and that they don't have it. I'm desperate because in my
country you can not make a contract with that company unless you do it
through a foreign person and now it's the time because my son, who
brought me the phone from United States, is here now and I can do the
contract with him.
Can you please help me? Is this legal???
Please, forgive my english because, as you can see, it's not my native
language
