C1300 Need Key Sequence-Display Out

I am trying to save my contact list to the SIM card. The display is totally out of service however. Apparently I didn't save my contacts list to the SIM card like a good cell-phone user. I have the manual and I see that the left soft key is the menu option on the main screen, after that the manual has no pictures of the screens. I am hoping that someone here with a working C1300 can give me the key/button sequence to save my contact list to the SIM card. The manual shows the option under the Address Book/Copy All/Phone to SIM, but I don't want to try it flying blind. Since I'm done with this phone now (no display) I would prefer not to buy a $30 cable and download the software. Any assistance is appreciated.

here it is, starting from the regular screen. i'm not numbering the steps to avoid confusion:

top right button (accesses contact list),
5 (copy all),
2 (phone to sim),
1 (keep original-in case you need to do it again) or 2 (delete original)

it will then start copying. i started it, then quit as i don't want to complete this, but it should work.
