LG 325 problems

Alright, those of you who are techie's, we need some help here at the store.

We have about 10 LG 325 phones. All have different airtime on them, all bought by different people. All have the same problem, they will not show any service. They're either constantly searching for service, or they will get 0 to 1 bars for about a minute before going back to searching for service.

All the phones have been sent for repair and had their mainboards replaced. Some phones have had their mainboards replaced twice. They still have the same problem. Also, some of the phones have been soldered internally (LG's repair center doesn't specifiy more than that). Same problem.

All these phones worked and showed full digital signal when they left the store. Some came back a day later, some came back a week later, some came back a month later.

My personal LG 325 which I was using here in the store works great. It shows full digital signal. When comparing the programming on both phones, both phones have the same programming (primary and secondary channels, SIDs, NIDs, Acc Olvd classes, etc). Some of the phones that aren't working have different software versions (newer ones), and some have the same older one as mine.

LG has tested these phones down south in Ontario, and they work perfectly fine. We've sold about 70 of these phones, only 10 are having these problems.

Neither the repair center or LG know what is going on. They have come to the conclusion that is it our network up here (we're a 2G non-1X network) that is at fault. We have given these 10 phones to our network technician up here to have a look at them. He can't find anything wrong with the phones compared to the network. Then there's the fact that my own phone works perfectly fine and always has.

Does anyone have any insight on this ? Anyone ever heard of this problem before ? We're getting frustrated with this and any help would be greatly appreciated !
