Removing the sim card from a lg vx4500

How do you remove the sim card from an lg vx4500, im looking to get a new phone soon.

The 4500 is a verizon phone, it doesn't have a sim card. Verizon will transfer over your data to your new phone for a $10 fee. (I believe that's the rate)

so i can just buy a phone off of say e-bay or something and they can transfer it? seems i always have problems with verizon whenever i want to change phones.

Yes, they will transfering all your contacts over for a fee.

They will not however transfer over any games, wallpapers, old text msg's, or ringtones.
