did you try *22899 (send) to reprogram your phone.

yea i did try that. it says there was an error and i did the other one too same thing.

verizon, but i ddint buy it from them, i bougtht it at a goodwill store but its brand new, and its locked. so yea...

if the phone isn't activated the *22899 wont work because you cant program an unactive phone. do an esn change do the *22899 and the unlock code will be the last 4 DIGITS of YOUR phone number.

the electronic serial number (esn) this is the 11 digit number behind the battery that Verizon needs to activate your phone.

where are you from ? it is close to cleveland oh, & it was 30.00 for new ph number & 70 minutes
