verizon, but i ddint buy it from them, i bougtht it at a goodwill store but its brand new, and its locked. so yea...

if the phone isn't activated the *22899 wont work because you cant program an unactive phone. do an esn change do the *22899 and the unlock code will be the last 4 DIGITS of YOUR phone number.
