Hi.. I'm kinda in the same boat. Bought 2 LG 4015 phones second hand, and they're both locked,I put in my SIM card and it tells me "phone restricted" The phones are AT&T and I have Cingular wireless. Now since AT&T is Cingular, I still can't use the phones .HELP!! Anyone has any unlocking codes? Thanx in advance!! Barb

it doesnt make a difference if its already activated.

My friend gave me a VX-8300 phone because he was moving..its not activated and he never told me the phone number and i dont know where hes moving or what! and its locked! so i dont know what to do and really want this phone! HELP PLEASE!
