Why does my VX9800 randomly reboot?

Ive watched it at my desk now as Ive done a few things on the net and Ive noticed its rebooted silently for maybe 5-6 times in a 2 hour period. Why is it doing this?

you need the new Version 2 software. mine did the same thing but restarted 1-2 times per minute for 5 hours.

ok where do I get it and how do I load it?

you would have to take it to a verizon corporate store that has techs to get them to flash your phone. this will take anywhere between 30min-1hr.
