#46 | | Newbie | Best info I've ever found on the net.... Thanks.
Only 1 question
If I am using DUN to get on the web from my laptop, does verizon charge me for this? I have all the extra little features, including the web, VCAST, get it now, or whatever they are calling it these days.
Thanks

Thanks | they do not want you to do this so to stay under the radar and not get in trouble be sure to not use it for hours and hours at a time and DO NOT download all kinds of stuff like use limewire or anything like it. i used DUN for years and never had a problem but i only used it from time to time when needed and only for using instant messaging, checking email, surfing etc... if you download a lot of data it will alert them because your phone could not possible use that much data. the only people i have ever heard of getting in trouble were being stupid and using it for mass data transfers.

#48 | | Newbie | I have had problems using 3gp converter. I get no audio. A very strange problem. However, i found that using SUPER is the easiest way to convert video files for my phone. Good news is, the program is free. Check it out SUPER © . (v5 software)

#57 | | Newbie | So, I set up my proxy settings in what I think is correct (I'm using HoTTProxy). I get a "For Wireless Internet Services, please dial *611". I take it I'm doing it wrong?
If there's a better way to set up a proxy for this phone, please tell me. I'm looking for something free, preferably. | | |

#58 | | Member | I bought this phone I want to say about 2 yrs ago and I still haven't got sick of it. I have a short attention span & always want something new but I still love this phone. The option to flip open makes texting extremely easy & quick. There are plenty of options as far as Ringtones offered...
