Yeah, I fixed it. I renamed it before loading it onto the phone, or something like that.

^^^ A word of warning. One day when I wasn't thinking, I closed my phone while it was in the middle of saving a ringtone from an upload site. Now, I have a blank space in my ringtones list, and if I select this blank space, it makes my phone restart. So, basically don't try to do ANYTHING ELSE on your computer OR phone while you're transferring stuff. If the phone or computer stop responding, something screwy could happen to the phone's software.

You have exceeded your phones ringtone memory capacity. I have a VX7000, VX8100 and a 9800. I ran into this same problem when making custom ringtones. I was using Bitpim to transfer ringers to my phone. I had to use Bitpim again to erase ringers, since you can not access your ringers with the memory at 100% because it will shut your phone off, as you have found out. The only solution I know to this problem is to use Bitpim to delete ringers. To check ringtone memory, go to menu, get it now, and get tunes and tones will be highlighted. Select info at the bottom, memory, and that will give you your ringtone memory. Yours should be at 100%. Avoid this in the future. Good luck.
