Help!
I had my LG 3 phone (which is on Vodaphone network Aus) with me in China and it has been "hijacked" ..... totally changed all my settings and have weird things in there now. I can't activate alarm clock, can't change time setting (it went from 24 hour clock which I had it set at to am/pm) now has strange calendar with picture and even had a map of Asia at one stage. I also couldn't use it but I did receive a call (from whoever screwed the phone up possibly).
Can anyone advise what happened and how I can get it back to how it was
Thx

Re: Hijacked LG U8120
This is an intresting thing... I'm more of a computer person than cell phone person and i'm just getting into it. From a computer viewpoint, some one must have had access to your phone (physically). Best thing to do is use your real phone (whatever you do, don't use a payphone for God's sake, horrible pricing) and call your service provider.
Sincerely,
Kohlrak

Re: Hijacked LG U8120
Thanks anyway.
I'm back in Australia now so shall work it out. Have tried Googling similar probs but to no avail. I think it was me trying to access the Chinese Vodaphone network which then found a "portal". Same thing happened with our laptop when we accessed though hotel server - got slammed by spyware, trojans and all sorts of stuff. Came back with 93 hijack attempts (Thank God for Panda Antivirus!) Pity the poor (read stupid) people who happily plug in when they're there and have their entire hard drive copied and read. China might be evolving however old habits die hard!
Cheers.
