Having trouble syncing music w/ vx8300

I'm trying to sync WMA music files from my computer using Windows Media Player. Everytime I try, I get an error saying "Error: Windows Media Player cannot convert the file to the format required by the device." To my understanding, the 8300 takes WMA files, but yet, it still rejects them. Could anyone help me out?

I don't know what's wrong but I'm having issues with my phone syncing as well.

It works for me now. I just replugged my usb cable x_x

If anyone else has problems with this, they can always just drag the WMAs into their my_music folder on their microSD.

I've tried to sync my music to my phone also and that's not working. I also tried dragging the songs into the My_music folder on the micro sd but when I go to play the music it tells my that it's removing songs from library and deletes them all. Any idea on what I need to do?
