LG VX8100 Ringtone Help

Hey everyone, I have the Handset Manager Software that allows me to cut my own Mp3's to make them ringtones and put them on my VX8100 via usb cable, however my phone deletes them from time to time, does anyone know what's going on? I've seen this question before but couldn't find it to see if anyone replied with an answer. Thanks in advance.

check your phone software, if its v07 thats the problem.
When you reboot it loses the tones.
v04 doesnt do this.
(this is using the mini sd card for ringtones but might apply to other applications also)

Yeah, I have the V07 software, is there anyway to stop my phone from deleting my tones or am i just s.o.l.?
