Phone Locks up when syncing vx8300

I bought the music software and the 2GB chip when I got my vx8300 and every time I try to sync some wma files the phone locks up.

Please help.

I Know From My Experience That The 2 Gb Chip Is Probably Your Problem Try A 1 Gb Chip And Sync To See.
