HELP: Out of Memory Message when using Sony Ring tones

HELP!! I'm getting an out of memory message whenever I try to run any APPS on my vx8300. I go into memory and sure enough it says I am using all 28MB.

I've deleted everything from the phone memory and moved it to the card memory.

What gives?
