Cell Phone Videos

Hey guys i just got the new chocolate phone today and i heard that its possible to play movies on your phone by puting a video file thats formated correctly in the same folder that your phone saves video clips in. Any info you guys have on how to do this would be great. Thx.

Assuming you have a memory card formatted in the phone, you can drag it into the My Flix folder using a card reader plugged into your computer. You don't want to drag it into your phone's memory because it's too big.

I have the 8300 and have done this with mp3 songs and it works.

If you have a reader, it's worth a shot until you can get answers from someone who owns a chocolate.

Here's a tutorial on how to convert movies for your phone. It should work for the 8500 as well as the 8300.
