My phone won't let me answer restricted calls

I just got a LG490 and when i get an incoming call restricted It won't let me answer it. My phone will only let me answer called that are not restricted. When I go under my security setting and then click on restrict calls, None is marked. So none of my calls should be restricted. Please help

I'm not familiar with the security settings on the 490, but you could you give me a little more information? Like, did you buy the phone yourself or was it bought for you? I.e., could someone else have played around with the security settings?
