Transferring contacts to VX8300...?

What's the best way to transfer contact into from either my Mac or old AT&T? I've dabbled a bit with the old phone, via bluetooth, but have only figured out how to do one at a time. Thought that best way would be by Bluetooth through Address Book on my Mac. But, haven't figured out how to successfully do that yet? Can someone help me? Thanks.

I would recommend using bitpim (Welcome to BitPim) and a bluetooth connection. This works great for me with my 8100.

I also use bit pim.

In fact you can do just about aqnything with bitpim (free) except download calendar items to the vx8300, however you can upload calendar items from the phone to your outlook.

I downloaded that and it's all setup I think. But, it's not wanting to detect my phone or make a connection. Is there something else I'm not doing, any possible solutions? Thanks.
