I have a data cable to connect my phone to my computer. I have no CD. I cannot find the phone under my computer, and it keeps saying found new hardware and then when I go to install it it won't work because I am missing something. Please help. | ||||||

You need a program too to "see" your phone. Bitpim is the program of choice. Welcome to BitPim You may also need drivers for the cable to work properly. | ||||||

Ya I figured that out last nite thank you. But now my phone won't actually connect to the computer. I keep getting error #678 "the remote computer won't respond" this was when using the sprint version of bitpim. So hopefully this will help. | |||||
