Audio/Ringtone Help For LG Users

Im having a problem with this. I got the sound in the pix message on my phone but I don't know how to set it as a ringtone. All it will let me do is save it into "my sounds".. anyone know what I can do? Thanks.

You should be able to select the file in your 'my sounds' (menu/mys stuff/sounds) and then choose the option of set as ringtone from there.

that doesn't work on my phone .. but i figured out how to use bitpim w/ my laptop w/ bluetooth. thanks.

The secret menu thing worked for my phone (vx8300) but Im trying to figure it out for my brothers phone (vx8600) There are no music settings in the "secret menu" and the only way to play mps's is through vcast. The phone also doesnt read all the mp3s on the card like mine does... any ideas?

i sent my ringtone as an attachment to an e-mail to my phone but i'm not sure how to download the attatchment
