LG VX6100 Phone won't ring

My LG VX6100 phone wont ring, it will only vibrate.
I have checked all the settings and everything is set to ring,it just wont
I noticed that the shutter sound for the camera wont make a noise either.
It is set to make the shutter sound but doesnt. Does anyone know whats wrong with my phone?

It sounds like it's on manner mode. Try holding down the star key for a few seconds. If it's in manner mode, it will change over to silent mode. Hold it down again, and it will switch over to normal mode which will allow the ringers and camera sounds.
