LG VX8100 headset

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the best bluetooth is to get for the LG VX8100. I have tried several, including Motorola H500, 350, and they both seem to have a delay between pressing the button to answer a call, or use voicedialing, or other feature. The plantronics 320, and 640 I tried has similiar problems. I had a SCala 500 that worked great with the phone, but broke, so I am searching for another headset. Is there a reason that anyone knows of why the Motorola's don't work so well?
