How do delete a pix from the LG VX8300

I hope some1 can help me out. I am trying to delete a wallpaper from my pix list in my new phone and have not a clue how to do it. I did not see any info in the user guide for how to do it. Does any1 out there know how....PLEASE!!!!

Unless it is a picture that came with the phone, you simply navigate to the image, choose options, scroll down to "delete" and "Bob's your uncle"!
