Hi! I am new to this forum and have a couple of questions about using my cell phone. My husband has a lg vx8300 and I have the new enV. We have the usb cables and have installed the drivers and are having no problems with syncing music. My question is does anyone know which third party software my might need to be able to sync our contacts etc onto the desktop so we can manage them from there? I would also like to read books on the phone. I have searched high and low on the net for programs that will do this but I can't find a one that says for sure that they will support these phones. I would appreciate any help. Tomimc

Re: Help!!!! third party software
This is supported for the 8300
Software & Driver Downloads - MobileAction
Don't know about the enV, but check the website. New phones are added regularly
You can try Bitpim, too.

Re: Help!!!! third party software
Or, sign up for "My Account" online and get the free backup protection service. Then, you can go online and manage your contacts. Oh yeah, it also saves you $10.00 when you upgrade or replace your phones!
