Transfering files from PC to phone via Bluetooth.

Hello all,

I have a new enV on the way.

Can I tranfser files using the Bluetooth USB Dongle on my PC to my enV

I want to transfer my contacts and Music and/or get free web browsing using my own ISP through my PC.

Is this possible?
