LG VX8100 for use with Palm T/X

I recently received a Palm T/X for a Christmas gift. I have set up the bluetooth to use with my LG VX 8100. I can use it without a cable it sends and receives, so I took it one step further and set up my HP Special Edition L2000 laptop to go online the same way. I purchased the Data package from Verizon ofcourse. My question is can i set up the firmware on the phone to be my GPS receiver. so I can use delorme street maps on the Laptop or the Palm and just have the phone in my pocket, is this possible. Thanks

I doubt it. Verizon cripples the bluetooth enough, I doubt it'll let you do this. You're better off getting some garmen software to run on your laptop.
