LG VX8300 Help, How to program a ringtone

Hi, I have a LG VX8300 my provider is Verizon.. I am trying to program the CTU 24 ringtone...Is there a provider that I can download this ringtone to my phone?
If not can someone provide me with a how to and what I need to buy cables ect., to download from my computer if possible...I have read different post, but I can't put it together...

well, you can find the ringtone on this site: CTU ringtone from '24'

You can get the tone to your phone with either a data cable or bluetooth. Once you have that try using bitpim (Welcome to BitPim) to actually send it to the phone.
