Questions on LG VX9800

I just got a VX9800 today from eBay and activated it. I have 2 questions:

1) How do I know which version of the VX9800 I have, I think it's the new one but I am unsure?

2) What drivers should I use with the USB cable that I have?

hit ok, go to setting & tools, hit 5, hit 3, hit 2. under SW Version, it says T98VZV0* , * representing what version the software on your phone is

says T98VZV05

then you have the latest version on your phone.

The USB calble should have came with driver's. Otherwise without knowing what kind of cable it is, we won't be able to tell you.

thanks for the responses, I got the phone of the internet and the person who owned it before did not have the drivers, but I found a site that had them and I downloaded them and everything is working great now

hey i have a question i bought a mini sd card put some of my mp3s from my computer on it stuck it in the phone now i cant seem to be able to access it am i doin something wrong ? is there a certain place on the phone i need to go to bring it up please help very fustratin..
