Does verizon still sell VX9800?????
My phone doesnt start up and it s vx9800 and i love the phone but if i get it replaced will they have a vx9800 in stock?? because i dont see it on there website and if i go into replace it will i get a choice of a different phone?? maybe a better one?? please help, thanks

Nope, in less you want to find a used one on ebay they will try and sell you a vx9900. You're prob better off getting one on ebay regardless though. Cheaper.

If your phone is still under manufacturer's warranty, take it to a Verizon corporate store and it will be replaced with the same model.
